The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM, and we ask guests to arrive by 3:00 PM to find your seats and enjoy a bit of mingling before we start. Dinner will be served at 6:30pm, followed by the reception from 8:30pm - 12:00am.

Yes, the venue can accommodate guests using wheelchairs or ambulation aids. However, this may be more challenging in the gravel areas. In addition, there is an off-road shuttle vehicle available for older guests or those who cannot walk the short path to the ceremony.

There are several hotels and motels available to stay in Sault Ste. Marie. Visit the "Travel & Accommodations" tab on this site to view our hotel's with room blocks and discounted rates. These hotels will also have a shuttle bus to take you to and from the wedding venue. We strongly recommend booking your reservation as soon as possible as September is prime tourist season and rooms book up very quickly.

No, we kindly ask that you put your cellphone away during our ceremony. Enjoy the moment and be present with us! You will be able to view the professional photos taken afterwards. You are welcome to take photos during the reception and we will provide a QR code to share your images with all of the guests.

You can drive your vehicle, however, parking is quite limited on-site. We will provide a free shuttle bus from all 3 hotels listed in the "Accommodations" tab and we encourage you to use this service. There will be two drop-off times, one earlier and one later in the night.
